FY19B Select Roof/Wall Repairs (Various Buildings)

Base Bid work includes roof repairs and modifications to three buildings. ALT 1 work includes roof replacement, minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, a three-ply modified bitumen roof system and all associated sheet metal components/accessories in lieu of repairs for Hollings Cancer Center, Area P and Baruch Auditorium, Area B.
