Old Children’s Hospital Atrium/Skylight
Base Bid work includes complete removal of sealants, silicone tapes and coatings for the sloped glazing unit and replacement with new sealant joints, wet glazing, silicone tape and waterproofing. Base Bid work also includes limited roof repairs and a section of new thru-wall flashing in the existing brick masonry wall.
