William McDuffie Student Services Center Front Entrance and Lobby Upgrade

The Base Bid will consist of the renovation of approximately 1732 sq. ft. of the lobby space in existing building. The Scope also includes the front elevation upgrades to include a front entrance, electronic display boards as well as covered aluminum structures. The front elevation exterior doors and windows will be replaced. New lobby ceiling and lighting is also part of the scope of the work.
