Base Bid includes thermoplastic roof system for Thurmond Gazes, Area G for approx. 50 sqs. ALT 1 includes a two-ply, modified bitumen roof system for approx. 80 sqs for Storm Eye Institute. ALT 2 includes repairs to College of Nursing, Children’s Research Institute, and College of Dental Medicine. ALT 3 includes complete removal and replacement of Thurmond Gazes Roof Areas C4 and D4 for approx. 5 sqs and mansard Areas C5, C6, D5, and D6 for approx. 20 sqs with a system similar to the Base Bid.
