Pinnacle Financial Morrison Yard Office Building Upfit

The work includes new tenant ‘upfit’ construction within the new Morrison Yard Office Building, currently under construction at 850 Morrison Drive, Charleston, SC. 29403. The contractor of the shell building is Balfour Beatty from Charlotte, NC. The total scope includes two different areas of the building comprised of a ground floor branch bank space of 17622 GSF and the full 9th floor upfit in the office tower of comprising 1927 GSF. The 9th floor will have a utility and stair/elevator core which will be mainly competed under the shell building scope. The scope of work of this contract will involve the following: complete interior finishes including carpet, LVT, ceramic tile, suspended ceilings, gypsum wallboard and painting. Other components include interior custom and standard millwork/cabinetry, trims, interior aluminum storefront systems, doors, frames and hardware. Systems include fire sprinklers, plumbing, heating/ventilation and air conditioning, electrical power and lighting, and fire alarm system. The branch bank, in addition to the scopes for work outlined above, will include limited concrete slab work, and installation of Owner’s furnished equipment such as ATM and night depository. Both areas will require coordination with Owner’s vendors for security, data and IT systems, including provision of pathways for these systems as shown on the drawings. NO site work is anticipated but coordination of ground level utility services entering the branch is possible.
