Construction of a pedestrian and cycling path along Daniel Island Drive and across Nowell Creek. Total project length is approx. 1,100 LF. Work includes embankment construction, asphalt path, pervious concrete path, site-built boardwalks, prefabricated bridge, associated site work, signs and markings, traffic control and erosion / sedimentation control.

Qualified contractors interested in providing services for HVAC split units to replace it HVAC units at Williams Terrace Senior Housing.

The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (“CHA”) requests Statements of Qualifications submissions from comprehensive developers. The successful respondent will prove through its submittal that it possesses the qualifications to implement a comprehensive and complex revitalization strategy for the MSM Ext public housing site, including mixes of incomes, uses, and financing sources. The Development comprises 44 units of federally subsidized public housing.

The MUHA wishes to construct a New 334 Calhoun medical office building and ambulatory surgery center consisting of outpatient surgery and procedure rooms, diagnostic and imaging services, multispecialty clinical exam rooms, a pharmacy, and support services. This facility will be located at 334 Calhoun Street at the former Charleston Center. The facility will also be designed to support future Research spaces, which will be designed and constructed outside the scope of this RFQ.

Base bid work includes complete removal of the 5th fl decorative band to the structural tie-in connection. All new framing, sheathing, stucco, sealants, and their attachment to the main structure. Contractor shall base bid on modifying/replacing 10% of the structural tie-in connection and interior demo and replacement and provide a unit price for an add/deduct quantity. Also included is brick masonry as indicated on structural and arch drawings.

The MUHA wishes to construct a new app. 100bed In-Patient Comprehensive Cancer Hospital on the MUSC Health – Charleston downtown campus, adjacent to the existing Rutledge Tower. Typical services shall include (but not be limited to) inpatient rooms, operating rooms, exam rooms, Women’s Center, oncology and infusion treatment spaces, radiological-oncology treatment services including Radiotherapy services and ancillary support functions such as a USP 797/800 compliant pharmacy, LINAC, and Gamma Knife. The facility shall also include respite and communal spaces for patients, families and staff.

This project includes a 35,415 sf 2-story new building, constructed with steel columns and beams, concrete slab on grade, composite floor slab, & steel roof decking/joists. Retaining walls integrated to accommodate the building construction along a sloped site. Façades composed of adhered natural stone and a solid surface rainscreen panel system above. Scope includes Single Ply TPO roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, civil & landscape.

Abatement of the caulk on the interior and exterior of four stained glass windows in Summerall Chapel.

Base Bid work includes a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system (PVC/KEE) for Roof Areas A, B, and D for approximately 83 squares. Base Bid also includes minor repairs/modifications to the TPO roof on Area A1 and granular surface modified bitumen roof on Area C for approximately 16 squares.

The scope of work associated with this project includes replacement of FCUs in all mechanical closets on floors 1-6. Door replacement in all mechanical closets. Additional soffit in rooms 212, 312, 412, 213, 313, 413, 216, 316, 416. Floors 5 & 6 are to be completed during summer 2025. Floors 1-4 are to be completed during summer 2026.To include hallway emergency lighting upfit.
