This project includes approximately 18,229 square feet of interior renovation on the first, fifth, and sixth floors. Work will involve upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including fire alarm, HVAC, and sprinkler replacement. One resident room on the first floor will be reconfigured into an office suite. Finishes in all resident rooms on the first, fifth, and sixth floors will be fully replaced.
